Ordering Information:

ALL first time customers must submit an age verification form to ensure legal buying age. These are kept in a secure location and the information will never be divulged or sold to third parties.

The price list shown here is made available for our valued customers and their friends that find it convenient to buy from us when they don't visit our beautiful store in Portland.

**All prices shown are based on shipping to an address outside the state of Oregon.**

Any purchase shipped to an Oregon address will incur applicable Oregon Tobacco taxes. Oregon law prohibits shipping to individuals under 18 and requires the payment of all applicacle taxes.

We make every effort to provide a current list of available inventory, and in most cases your order will ship within one business day. We also attempt to keep prices current, but reserve the right to change prices as necessary.

Shipping expenses ($7.50 to be paid by the purchaser at the time of the order. We use USPS (United States Postal Service), Priority Mail. If you require a different method of shipment, please call to place your order at 503-255-9987 in Portland, OR, or 1-888-864-8282 toll free outside of Portland.

Minimum purchase is $15.00 per order.

82nd Ave. Tobacco & Pipe cannot guarantee final delivery or be responsible for orders being held in International customs requiring duty and or taxes, which purchaser agrees to pay for as required by specific country and local law. 82nd Ave. Tobacco & Pipe will keep all shipped order confirmations and receipts for mailed product tracking purposes.
